Default very young Moon

Hi,

Last week, on the first day of the lunar month, very nice weather.
So, I could take some shots of this very young Moon
Here is a global picture of the scene
http://images.ciel.free.fr/Images_l/...e_18_04_07.jpg

and the Earthshine, taken at the prime focus of the scope (a C8)
http://images.ciel.free.fr/Images_l/...07_04_18_c.jpg
not very good, I had to process it again.

and finally, a mosaïc taken with a Toucam pro and an IR-cut filter at
the prime focus of the C8. 15 frames set together to obtain the picture.

Wonderful, Norbert

I'm curious about that little black strip in the M Australe
region.(?) What could that mean?

May be just an artefact
Image processing is not really easy with this kind of pictures.
