Default Very young moon image at APOD

There's a rather dramatic image of the Moon at 34hrs 18mins old over
at APOD today.:

(that link only works today. You'll have to go back through the images
after today)

More "Photoshop" sleight of hand?

They didn't have that vapour trail where I was standing! ;-)

I got a similar shot but the plane was near to the nothern tip of the
moon in mine
