Default Equinox and orbital path

On the Equinoxes ,the orbital path of the Earth crosses line
perpendicular to the maximum diameter of the Sun -

This correct perspective modifies the pseudo-dynamic of variable axial
tilt based on the Earth's orbital path always following a line
perpendicular to the maximum diameter of the central Sun -

Try to get the axial orientation to line up with the orbital shadow/
solar radiation boundary at the Equinox fails when emphasis is placed
on a pseudo-dynamic of variable axial tilt but can be resolved by
focusing on the orbital path of the Earth through various means such
as noting the paths of other planets around the central star -
