I think this is the rant from a physicist that worships all things
repeatable and precise. A nice neat world where everything
is simple and clean, and everyday begins anew, like
a freshly washed blackboard. A clean slate and sharp pencil
provides his window to the universe.

I'm waiting for the rant he'll give when the day comes he
realizes nothing in the universe has ever repeated even once.
That nothing in the universe ever will repeat again.
That nothing in the universe can be known precisely.
And that only things that matter the least map directly.

And that all that noise and chaos he conveniently has skipped
passed since sixth grade, those discontinuities, is ....in fact.
the source of all the answers.

That's the rant I'm waiting for, the one he'll give when
he realizes that from day one he's been looking through
the lens from the wrong end.

That'll be a day to remember. The day he looks up at a simple
cloud and understands that everything of importance in
the universe owes it's existence to the very same mathematical
relationships found in that simple passing cloud.

As it's the very same day that the concepts of
Science and God become the same.

It's a day I'll never forget.

I sat up from bed and began to shake, my jaw dropped
open while staring into a blank wall, that clean slate.
I became flushed and almost passed out while
whispering to myself ..."my god, how could I be
so stupid not to see?" And not a second later
I realized the entire scientific world is still
completely blind, and I started to cry.

I cried, for the bulk of horrors humanity has suffered
is due to this simple frame of reference mistake.

Reductionism is the science of the simple.
Holism is the science of the complex.

Understanding and combining both of those
opposite extremes produces truth, beauty
and love.

As in the critical interaction of condensation and
evaporation in a cloud. When both opposites
are combined, science and religion, then and
only then the answers appear suddenly, and
out of thin air.....just like a cloud.

Like a bolt from the blue.
