Default Seben?

Are there any sites that critically review Seben products, such as
eyepieces, barlows, zooms? (Right now I am looking at 2x barlows.)

I know nothing about Seben and can not find any information through internet
searches. I do not want junk, I can't afford great, so I am looking for
good or very good.

I actually got two higher power eyepieces off them for about $20 each
(Ebay) that are identical to Orion Epic ED-2s. I also found them
decent to deal with, quite responsive.

Default Seben?

Bought a Navigator II Seben on ebay last year and realized its full of
plastic, the focus is a plastic focus moving in all directions. Struts
are enormous. Brought it to my local shop where they showed me the
equivalent skywatcher and we compared the 2 models against a virtual
star and letters on a wall 30ms aways. Huge difference.Fine to watch
the Pleiades and the moon. Everything else is fuzzy. Saturn is fuzzy,
Mars is a desaster. Had to buy a 40mm eyepiece which is the best for
this model. The Plossl are OK but the Barlow (2x) is a piece of crap,
its optics are plastic as well. My limit magnification is x100, despite
the adverts (x500, red nebulas etc...). The Skywatcher was just 150USD
more expensive.

So if you want to buy a scope avoid Seben.
