Default Discovery Telescopes becomes retailer for other Equipment....

Went looking for some ATM components, and what did I find?

A completely revamped web-site, which looks a lot more like a retail
telescope store, than a direct manufacturer's site.

www.discovery-telescopes.com

I miss the old site already, but I understand things often must change.

Stephen:

WOW....

I saw recently that they had moved their factory to Anza (high desert) and had
a show room in Laguna Nigel or some such place. I guess they decided to become
a marketer....

Going to be a bit tough with OPT not too far away...

This is alarming. I was considering buying one of Discovery's large
reflectors, but what does this mean, them deciding to sell their
competitors' telescopes? I must give further thought to this.

They still have their own, I have an idea that they are using the profits of
the other brands to pay for the making of their own.
