Default Three newbie questions

Hello, I've been lurking, and there are 3 things that I need to find
out in case I look stupid if I start posting....

1. Is there a FAQ?

2. If not, is there a list of some of the acronims used here? I
recognize a few, but there are some strange ones....

3. Can anybody recommend some websites relating to the space shuttle
program in general and specificaly to possible design faults
responsible for accidents?

Thank you!

There's a couple you won't find on an FAQ. CT being a descriptive term for
Conspiracy Theorists (John Maxson etc - recommend killfiling the Maxson clan
now!) and The Collective which includes CT and also trolls which show up
from time to time.
