Could we be inside a black hole ?

Could we actually be inside someone else's massive black hole ?

I'm thinking that maybe the source of the microwave background radiation
that appears to be everywhere, is a result of a view of the event horizon of
a black hole from the inside. If black hole's "boil" away over time, isn't
this what it could look like from the inside ?
