If you are colorblind, you perceive one singular color as another color, so a red and green arc of a rainbow may appear say, as two greens, side by side, but as different hues of green. And yes, horses can see colors. The drivers of the Park Avenue horse-drawn carriages (now discontinued) trained their horses to recognize traffic lights and the horses reacted to the three colors with a 96% success rate, or at the same level women pay attention to them. |
