I guess laser cooling can slow down ions

I think - make 235 an ion - use laser cooling to decrease speed of 235 - use
positive electric field around ground to attract 235 - 235 falls - 238 flies
around

to ground - use electric fields to make 235 fly around - use negative electric
fields
around ground to help make 235 fly around
