My first attempt at color for a comet. Due to the short exposure time
per frame I combined all 47 frames, 17 true luminosity frames and 30 RGB
frames of 10 each. Makes for some colorful stars trails.

14" LX200R @ f/10, L=46x1' RGB=10x1' all binned 2x2, STL-11000XM,
Paramount ME

Correct domain name is arvig and it is net not com. Prefix is correct.
Third character is a zero rather than a capital "Oh".

Thanks.
It never hit my server. I was about ready to resend it. It did get out
after all. Now why isn't it on my server? I'll never understand the
random ways of Usenet.

Nice one Rick. The star chains somehow remind me of christmas season :-)

I put in a delay between each shot trying to make that effect. It
should have been longer but then it would have taken all night for the
shot. Comet had slowed down a lot since the night you took it. It must
be moving mostly away from us right now.
