Are tows used on things that travel alone? I can see some utility

I wonder when this will be available at Autozone for the ghetto
blasters with the 18" subwoofer installations....would need to
construct a faraday cage for the onboard systems of ones own vehicle
though.

Maybe in the form of an audio volume-triggered landmine that looks
like a manhole cover? Direct the pulse upward into just the one
offending car, but vent the blast more-or-less harmlessly out to the
sides. It'd be extra-nice if it could take out loud motorcycles,
too....

Try the weapons black market.

I assume that you want the equipment to ensure that some electronics
you are building complies with with the civilian electromagnetic
compatability rules.
