If you don't even know that Greek astronomy is based in Mesopotamian
astronomy -- Allen certainly knew that much -- why are you even asking
these questions?

None of the three of whom I've heard of is a specialist, and none of
them is competent in Akkadian or Arabic.

How should I know?? They're the authors of standard works on
Mesopotamian astronomy.-
