The internals of what a "Perfect" Rocket is in the ideas operations of what
we see & "operate" as in the central causations of what we are as
"interesting persons" is the whole - summary -, of what a particular ideas
is in space clean up.

NO More calsps flying down to earth from the rocket stages detaching as
approaching the orbital belt, - or even in the Earth's atmosphere eithe;
there is simply no need to iT.

You can send a man to the moon, & Then you can do this.
