Yet Another Financial Resource

In addition to drastically cutting back on our failed public school system
to finance lunar exploration projects, another resource is the great level
of jewelry that is hoarded in America & the world.

Let me explain this - based on U.S. sales of around $40 billion a year, I
estimate that there exists aprox. $1 trillion of jewelry just in our country
alone. Since most jewelry sits unused in closets or other secured areas, I
see this as a huge waste. In the long run a private organization could
scrounge up about $1billion in donations (of jewelry) a year which would
enable us to carry out robotic lunar missions & resume worthwhile manuf. on
the space station.

A few hundred million more could be raised to help relieve world hunger &
for pet charities. Your thoughts?

You're absolutely right. We should not only close all the schools and
turn the children out on the street; we should find out where they live,
and rob their mothers of all their jewelry.

Their fathers (when present) may object, so let's plan to kill them
while we're at it. We can run their corpses through a thermal
depolymerization plant, converting them into oil which can then be sold
to further finance our lunar exploration projects. If the budget runs
short, we'll do the kids too -- since we took away their education,
they'd be useless to society anyway.

In addition I know that alot of jewelry has sentimental value, & many will
say that wedding rings are not being hoarded away, but with so many going
hungry & so many homeless & mistreated pets how can any 1 justify spending
umpteen billions on wedding rings. Even people with average salaries spend
thousands on wedding rings. Why don't they just do what I am going to do &
purchase a fake ring for about $5. After all love is not based on spending 5
or 10 thousand dollars (or more) on expensive jewelry

Why ask us? Why not go door to door for a few weeks asking people
to give you their "unused" jewelry? You can then directly judge the
viability of your scheme by the results of this trial.
