The only counter-measure is aluminum foil! Yes!. If you cover your

They have already done this, and miniturized it as well.
There is a large area of Navada with no lights at night, this is their test
range.

atmospherics intefer with doing this, it is not reliable.

However, the new digital cell phones can have their microphones turned on
remotly by the CIA and they listen in.
