Default William Barton story

There's an interesting story by William Barton in the current issue of
Isaac Asimov's Science Fiction Magazine (The thirtieth anniversary
issue). Elon Musk is a peripheral character, it has a Bigelow orbital
hotel & other stuff often talked about here. It made me wonder if Barton
lurks in this newsgroup.

I got a kick out of the story.
