Default Magnetic Audio Telescope

Hi:

Is it possible to make a device that can receive magnetic signals from
way in outer space -- well beyond the outer reaches of the solar
system -- and listen to the magnetic signals that are withing the
audio spectrum [20 - 20,000 Hz]? If so, how would this be
accomplished?

Thanks,

Radium
