Default Moderated sci.space.* groups

Other than sci.space.news, do any of the moderated sci.space.* groups
have an extant moderator?

How much "extant" do you want moderated or imposed upon the research and
subsequent arguments of other intelligent life having been
existing/coexisting on Venus, or upon the vast uses for our moon that'll
include all sorts of raw elements, raw energy, accommodating the
LSE-CM/ISS gateway, and of relocating that moon entirely to Earth's L1
in order to fully salvage our environment, and so much more.

How much of history qualifies as being extant moderated? (especially of
those bad parts that some folks don't have any spare remorse to share,
or rather never had any to begin with)

Perhaps we could just start burning wizards, witches and books again.

Are we also talking about a 100 or 500 word limit, along with a given
time of perhaps at most 30 days to live? (much like the BBCI forum that
has all sorts of limitations and continually goes away)
