On the first day of Eid Al-Adha Al-Mubarak, 1.5 billions of moderate
Muslims have been insulted in their Islamic faith, insulted in their
human dignity, and insulted because of their identification with Muslim
traditions and culture. For millions of secular Muslims, who do not
practice the religion but who nonetheless live their lives according to
culture and traditions rooted in the Islamic faith, their way of life
has equally been deeply disrespected by the execution of Saddam Hussein
on the first day of Eid Al-Adha.

The big sacrilege was in the choice of the date of Saddams execution.
The criminal governments of USA and Israel made the illegal choice of
the date of Saddams execution, so much is clear. Moreover, the
disgusting government of Iraq made up of the gang of hirelings and
traitors around Mr. 'Darkness Al-Maliki' (his actual name, 'Nur',
means light in Arabic) implemented this decision, which would never
have been taken by real Iraqi government. The astonishing depravity of
this vile sacrilege could only have been thought out by those high
priests of misery who live all over the West Bank and go by
self-adjudicated, respect-conferring titles like "Rabbi" (teacher)
or "Tzaddik" (pious one). Only they have at the same time the
necessary knowledge of religious traditions, the unmitigated hate of
anything Islamic and a poisonous psyche permeated by that trait typical
of the behavior of psychopaths and which has been elevated by these
zionist Jews to a cultural institution under the name of chutzpah,
while they themselves arguably live in apostasy to everything Judaism
stands for. This and the hairsplitting around the legality of the
execution or whether "before dawn" of this special day qualified as
beginning of the Eid, it all points to these moral degenerates and
their political zionist brethren in high positions in the US and other
western regimes as the intellectual perpetrators, and the Americans and
their Iraqi hirelings as the willing executors of this incredible
sacrilege.

The president of the filthy and evil Iraqi "government" has
violated the most elemental sacredness of the holy day of Eid Al-Adha
Al-Mubarak. On this day, the Islamic faith forbids torturing, killing
or humiliating another person. It is a holy festivity, just like the
Easter festivities are holy for Christians. There is a big possibility
that Mr. Al-Maliki received some millions $ from the USA and Israel for
his dirty mission.

In order to understand what they did and why it is a sacrilege, which
goes beyond the purely religious dimension, here is the pertinent
quotation from the book of Genesis, Chapter 22, which is the basis to
Eid Al-Adha, the Muslim Hajj, and which is basis for religious
teachings of Christianity:

Genesis 22 - The Sacrifice of Isaac (click for original)

22:1 some time after these things God tested Abraham. He said to him,
"Abraham!" "Here I am!" Abraham replied.
22:2 God said "Take your son - your only son, whom you love,
Isaac- and go to the land of Moriah! Offer him up there as a burnt
offering on one of the mountains which I will indicate to you."
22:3 early in the morning Abraham got up and saddled his donkey. He
took two of his young servants with him, along with his son Isaac. When
he had cut the wood for the burnt offering, he started out for the
place God had spoken to him about.
22:4 on the third day Abraham caught sight of the place in the
distance.
22:5 so he said to his servants, "You two stay here with the donkey
while the boy and I go up there. We will worship and then return to
you."
22:6 Abraham took the wood for the burnt offering and put it on his son
Isaac. Then he took the fire and the knife in his hand, and the two of
them walked on together.
22:7 Isaac said to his father Abraham, "My father?" "What is it,
my son?" he replied. "Here are the fire and the wood," Isaac
said, "but where is the lamb for the burnt offering?"
22:8 "God will provide for himself the lamb for the burnt offering,
my son," Abraham replied. The two of them continued together.
22:9 when they came to the place God had told him about, Abraham built
the altar there and arranged the wood on it. Next, he tied up his son
Isaac and placed him on the altar on top of the wood.
22:10 Then Abraham reached out his hand, took the knife, and prepared
to slaughter his son.
22:11 But the Lord's angel called to him from heaven, "Abraham!
Abraham!" "Here I am!" he answered.
22:12 "Do not harm the boy!" the angel said. "Do not do anything
to him, for now I know that you fear God because you did not withhold
your son, your only son, from me."
22:13 Abraham looked up and saw behind him a ram caught in the bushes
by its horns. Therefore, he went over and got the ram and offered it up
as a burnt offering instead of his son.
22:14 And Abraham called the name of that place "The Lord
provides." It is said to this day, "In the mountain of the Lord
provision will be made."

The basis of Eid Al-Adha and the Hajj in Islamic scripture is in the
Sura of As-Saaffat, verses 102 through 107, quoted below:

YUSUFALI: Then, when (the son) reached (the age of) (serious) work with
him, he said: "O my son! I see in vision that I offer thee in
sacrifice: Now see what is thy view!" (The son) said: "O my father! Do

practicing Patience and Constancy!"
PICKTHAL: And when (his son) was old enough to walk with him, (Abraham)
said: O my dear son, I have seen in a dream that I must sacrifice thee.
So look, what thickest thou? He said: O my father! Do that which thou
art commanded. Allah willing, thou shalt find me of the steadfast.
SHAKIR: And when he attained to working with him, he said: O my son!
Surely, I have seen in a dream that I should sacrifice you; consider
then what you see. He said: O my father! Do what you are commanded; if
Allah please, you will find me of the patient ones.

Eid Al-Adha is the festivity or ceremony of the sacrifice, where
Muslims celebrate the sacrifice made by Abraham to save his Son Ismael.
The symbolism of this is paramount, as Martyrdom is conceived as a
sacrifice to save the Nation and its freedom.
This festivity originates in the writings of the Holy Koran and the
Holy Bible. It is the story (quoted above from the Genesis in the Old
Testament) of Abraham, the father of the Prophets, and his son Ismael.
While there is contention between the Islamic and Christian religions
as to whether the son mentioned in the story is Ismael or Isaac, the
symbolic teachings of the episode are clear for both the Muslim and the
Christian faiths.

On this day Muslims must remember the story of the father of the
prophets and Master Abraham, who dreamt of slaughtering his son Ismael
as a sacrifice to God, but his hand was stopped by Gods Angel when he
readied to slaughter his son on the pire. God sent him a ram to be
slaughtered instead of his son. The symbolic teaching of this holy
story is very clear: It is forbidden by God to slaughter human beings.
Eid Al-Adha, the festivity of the sacrifice, is meant for all Muslims
to remember the divine prohibition against human sacrifice. It is also
an occasion during which pardons are customarily granted to criminals
and forgiveness is plasticized in personal matters. To remember the
expiatory ram sent by God to Abraham, sheep and goats aged over one
year are slaughtered and their meat is shared among relatives and with
the poor.

Whatever Saddam Hussein was, what ever he did in Iraq, it did not give
justify violating the fundamental sacredness of the holy day of Eid
Al-Adha. Saddam was slaughtered on a holy day on which killing humans
is forbidden. Symbolically, killing Saddam on this day was the
equivalent of a re-introduction of human sacrifice against Gods will,
and, since in the Muslim tradition during this festivity only animals
to be eaten can be slaughtered, killing Saddam on this day is also the
equivalent of slandering all Muslims, religious or not, as cannibals.
In the language of symbols, Saddam was killed in place of the expiatory
ram of the religious scriptures.

Imagine, if you will, that the Chilean government had decided to
execute former dicator Augusto Pinochet on Holy Saturday, just before
the Pope started the Easter Vigil in Vatican City. How would a
Christian describe their feeling after that ?

From here, all Muslims felt insulted in their faith and cultural
identity by the execution of Saddam Hussein.

What I want to say is that the timing of Saddam Hussein execution was
choosen to coincide with a holy moment for all the Muslims in world,
which is conmemorated by Muslims with the same respect and veneration
as Christians observe the Easter festivities. Everybody, Christian or
Muslim, should respect Easter and Eid Al-Adha as sacrosanct. Killings
and executions are forbidden on these occasisons. Saddam symbolically
became the sheep of Eid Al-Adha, which the criminal extremists of the
U.S and Israel decide to slaughter. This is the real face of the US
occupation. Saddam Hussein was executed in this way because he had
frightened the criminals of the U.S and Israel. He frightened them when
he was a leader and when he was in jail. They thought that his
execution would perhaps take away from their worries, clean the shame
of the defeat which they have brought upon themselves.

We have understood the insult conveyed to us by the execution of
Saddam. However, what neither the U.S nor Israel do understand is that
the Arab nations will never say yes to the American and to the Israeli
occupations, even if all the Arab "leaders" become dogs at the farm
of George Bush (what they certainly are, figuratively speaking).

reprobate posseurs who terrorize the Palestinian population day after
day in the West Bank and Gaza. The common ideology and the lines of
influence can be traced from specific illegal settlements and yeshivas
in the West Bank, from specific persons residing illegally in the West
Bank often enough known by name and address, to influence circles in
Tel Aviv, London, Washington, New York, Canberra and many other places,
and directly into the boards of many of the corporations well known for

in the religious scriptures, but from the bloodiest passages of the
biblical old testament in which Yahweh commands his people to kill,
rape and plunder their way across the land. Understanding their
ideologic background explains why Augusto Pinochet died of old age
while Saddam and his sons were hounded to death: Pinochet never opposed
the designs of the zionists and he even facilitated the sellout of his
country to interests aligned with them, but Saddam was an obstacle to
their pipe dreams of "Greater Israel".

In Islamic history we have never heared that a prisoner was executed or
killed by his own government on the day of Eid Al-Adha. We always
heared that prisoners were released and that pardons were dispensed to
people guilty of crimes and offenses some days before the ceremonies of
this Eid started. On this day, Muslims are allowed to slaughter goats
and send the meat to neighbors and the poor people. How could we not
understand the terror message sent to us by way of the sacrifice of
Saddam by the USA and their Israeli and Iraqi allies ?

Saddam was the last courageous Arab leader who did not buckle under to
Israel and the USA. He was the only leader who twice sent his military
to fight the criminal terrorists of Israel. Whatever Saddam Hussein
did, he was a leader and a war prisoner. The USA and their CIA
supported him for a long time, ultimately he had to die because he knew
many of the disgusting secrets of these people. Saddam said no to
Israel and USA. His country was rich of oil. This was the reason behind
the occupation of Iraq and his execution. Despite all the propaganda
and outright lies of the expensively clothed commentators of all the
corporate media, the people in West know that the agenda being executed
"in their name" in Iraq has nothing to do with "democracy" or
"terror". Most people know exactly that what is happening there is
motivated by exactly two factors: the irrational greed of the american
oil transnationals, and much more prominently the influence of the
criminal zionist elements which have subverted the American and Israeli
political landscapes.

The choice of religious celebration clearly shows which is their world
vision when compared with the other prevailing religions: Christianity
celebrates Easter as a symbolic reminder of the death and resurrection
of Jesus symbolizing hope; the world of Islam celebrates Eid Al-Adha to
remember the already mentioned story from the scriptures symbolizing
forgiveness; Judaism celebrates
Pessach to conmemorate the escape from slavery under the egyptian
Pharaoh. But zionist jews celebrate the mass murder of 75.000 of their
political opponents (women, children and old men included) as related
in chapter 9 of the book of Esther.

These two terrorists countries perpetrated many crimes against
humanity, the daily killings in Iraq and Palestine continue. Every week
the USA kills in Iraq more people than Saddam Hussein killed during all
of his leadership in Iraq. According to known to lie US sources, in
2006 over 14.300 people were killed in Iraq. According to more reliable
sources, the number of dead because of Bush and his accomplices in
December of 2006 alone must be over 18.000 persons.

Saddam was convicted for the killing of 148 Shias after a failed
assassination attempt in 1982. Former Chilean military leader Augusto
Pinochet died last month from the complications of a heart attack.
Pinochet was involved in killing more than 3,000 people during his
repressive 17-year rule, and he tortured thousands. Pinochet and his
family also stole millions from the Chilean people, embezzled public
funds and failed to declare taxes, but he was supported to the end by
the USA.

But Saddam Hussein sent his military twice to fight against Israel,
that was the real reason behind destroying Iraq and killing thousands
of Iraqis, and at last executing him. Everybody understands and sees
the disgusting terrorist face of the USA except the corrupt
"leaders" of many western nations. The people of these nations are
not stupid, despite the corruption of these politicians. Bush's rant
that "Saddam's execution was an important milestone on the
country's path to democracy" is a clear lie. If he is right in his
saying, then he should be executed for killing thousands of Iraqis. He
should be executed for the deteriorated situation which his
"democracy" brought to Iraq. The same goes for all those
self-anointed "leaders" who babble about "bringing democracy" or
"pacifying" this or that country which had no problems before they sent
their armies.

The Israeli war criminals should also be executed for the uncounted
massacres they perpetrated in Lebanon and Palestine. The execution of
the Israeli war criminals is very important for achieving justice and
peace. Israel is a big threat for peace and justice in the world, not
only in Palestine and the Middle East.
