Default Mid Deck Sink

I remember when the program started much was made of the sink with
running water aboard the shuttle (the bulb like unit into which the
crew could insert their hands and wash while having the water
contained) I have heard much as to how it has functioned for the
entire program. Is it still being used? Has it been replaced for
Handywipes? Anybody know that status on this...............Doc
