Default OSP Secrecy

I am surprised at the cloak of secrecy that has fallen over the
Orbital Space Plane program - its the biggest new start for NASA since
ISS, and there is virtually zero info about OSP anywhere. NASA is
giving out information in small dollops, and does not address the key
technical issues: the effect of wings on the launch vehicle,
rendezvous technologies, mission architectures. Even during the Moon
race, NASA kept the public informed, what is going on here?
