Notice that our first and primary 'space goal' is security.
This sounds like something Kissinger would write.
The White House is like a computer.

capabilities are available in time to further U.S. national security,
homeland security, and foreign policy objectives;


Wouldn't be surprised, President Bush uses a
science....fiction...writer for his advisor on global
warming. You know him, the guy that wrote
Jurassic Park.
