No, this is the date of the next attempt. The UFO thread quotes the
Houston Chronicle's understanding of the max delay:

Atlantis was equipped with enough supplies to keep the six astronaut in
Earth orbit through Saturday.

This should also be in the press kit, and probably was mentioned in the
MMT briefing.

I bet the crew is happy the wave-off happened well before donning suits
and doing fluid loading.

Former astronaut Tom Jones was on Fox News this afternoon and said that
there were enough consumables to continue flight through sometime
Saturday.
