'GO' for aug 27 launch date

NASA's review has concluded, and top officials
are now meeting the press (on 'NASA TV').
They are 'GO' for trying to launch on Aug 27.
There are some open items they expect to clean up
by that date. All members of the board are 'GO'
for launch, with two dissents regarding 'Ice Frost ramps',
but they both were also still 'go' for this launch.
