Default Gravitational Contraction ???

I find that we must bring in electro magnetisim into creating the dense
blob called a protostar. I see lots of mysteries as I'm looking at
the Eagle Nebular. First its shape. Second it is not spinning. It must
be an ionized gas of hydrogen, and helium. I'm thinking the Eagle
Nebular should be getting smaller and smaller because of gravitational
contraction, and that begs the question "Is It" Why does it have this
shape? Is it denser than water? Is it denser than Jupiter? Yes I can
see a protostar sucking in more and more material,it contracts heats up
until the density, and pressure at its core will create nuclear
fusion, and that fusion energy will push back to balance the inward
gravity force.(that fits) However since I don't see any overall spin by
the nebular I'm confused how a star gets its great spin. If an ice
skater is not spinning at all pulling in her arms is not going to make
any difference(cause her to spin) Treb
