Default Why the NSF Resembles the Scribes and Pharisees of Our Time

They represent the Seven Woes that Jesus spoke to the Scribes
and Pharisees. Their advertisements of technology create a
subtle mockery of our ancestral engineering achievments by
expounding "peace thru scientific achievment", yet they have
agreed in their conspiracy to ignore any references to
their *heathen technology*, according to setting themselves as
the only humanist authority for all of technology and all
of mankind!

What is being planned this millenium for advanced propulsion
technology? You can certainly bet that those who have a
governmental lock on taxes and spending (i.e., those who run to
where capital creates the greatest increase in the money supply,
i.e., the internationalists) will do anything in their power to
keep what they have by imposing their will on unsuspecting,
honest, hardworking, but succeptable R & D types!

This is done by using inadequate funding techniques to create
economic and political malaise among the very scientists and
engineers who are responsible for generating the required R & D
for advanced propulsion techniques, as well as creating market-
able economies for those techniques! So why shouldn't it be nec-
essary to privatize space-based R & D, when the NSF continues to
"define capitalism down" by acting at the behest of "pure
research", which remains useless for the public to pay for?

R & D is defined here as the type *not* related to government
funding of organizations such as the NSF, since several histor-
ical factors attributable to the NSF gave engineers second rate
status after World War II. Those who called themselves
*scientists* rather than *engineers* boasted that they were in-
volved with pure research, e.g., at universities no longer engaged
in secret research (because the war was over), but research that
was useless to the public to pay for. Thus a bureaucratic hold for
the various branches of the military allowed these scientists to
essentially pillage the field of science by *invalidating* the
importance of elevating the standard of living through
engineering achievement.

Now we have nationalist tendencies that are espoused by the
likes of the NSF, who are endorsing HFGW technology, agreeing
with the Chinese in promoting a *smeared lukewarm technology of
HFGW systems in general*, rather than actualizing the much
needed and required electro- and magneto- gravitic propulsion
systems of capitalist entrepreneurs! Mentioned in the .pdf article
"Joint Chinese & GRAVWAVE High-Frequency Gravitational Wave
Project" is the "vision" for 2025: "Successful test of HFGW-
propulsion system". This is what I mean by *lukewarm*!

Right now, there are hundreds, perhaps thousands, of engineers
involved in electrogravitic technology, in one form or another.
(I'm sure that the Chinese never had a *whit* of understanding
with this technology before the internet came on the scene).
Therefore, any internationalist promotion becomes *plagerist*,
unless the proper *credit* is given where *credit* is due! (As of
2006, the NSF has *endorsed* this plagarism by allowing partner-
ships in their religion of science to demagogue any free market
societies' focused agenda by engineering entrepreneurs).

As engineers continue going unnoticed for their achievements,
there will continue to be an effort to rename organizations such as
the AAAS, or the American Association for the Advancement of
Science to the American Association for the Advancement of Science
*and* Engineering. As of 1985, the engineering section of the AAAS
had only 5,840 of the organization's 136,000 members. By virtue of
being connected with the federal government, the bureaucratic men-
tality of funding the NSF through scientist rather than engineering
research, lacks private enterprise focus and seeks to manipulate the
marketplace. The result of this manipulation are lower standards
through the awarding of contracts to please peers, with the strain
of excitement going into getting the next grant and worrying about
personnel, not to mention the mire of standards, eligibility re-
quirements, human rights waivers, tort law through conflict of in-
terest (between innovators and the establishment), and invasion
of privacy! It's time for payback!
