Confused About UTC, DST
OK, this is PRE-Basic but I'm confused. I recently got a new Atlas Goto
mount---trying to get the thing aligned. I'm in California. Are we -7 or -8 UTC? We are currently IN Daylight Savings time yes? The manual shows CA as -8 UTC, the skyclock I use shows -7UTC I've always used -7. Does it go to -8 when we change OFF of DST? Just muddled. Doink
