Default Positronic Fuel Safer?

Could positrons be the safer form of anti-matter which can be harnessed
for space travel?

http://www.physorg.com/news64499584.html

While the fuel itself would obviously weigh much less, what kind of
weight would be required for the apparatus to contain and utilize this
fuel? Would there be a net benefit?
