I really enjoyed last week's Travel Channel premier of
Derek Acorah's Ghost Towns. I've recorded every unique
episode of 'Most Haunted', since it was first added to
the Travel Channel lineup, onto DVDs (now, DVR-to-DVD),

I must admit, that getting the DVR and digital service
has made this recording process sooo much easier. I've
collected 100s of VHS tapes that I recorded paranormal-
related shows on over the years (since the 1980s). It's
definitely a lot easier to search for programs, to set
the timers, to record, and run copies nowadays than it
used to be... not to mention storage... and shelf life!

Also, while CBS's Ghost Whisperer is a little soft for
my tastes, it enjoys pretty good ratings as Fridays go,
even in repeats (tomorrow night's episode is a new one).
James Van Praagh has certainly earned his place in the
annals of world-renowned spirit mediumship. And it is

And there are many new psychic-related pilots and series
being developed and produced for television this year. It
seems psychics and the supernatural in general are going
mainstream in the public view. It's about time (the old
Soviet Union was really way ahead of us in that regard).

Soon, psychic-related a.k.a. "paranormal" studies will be
added to America's mainstream university curriculum, even
in the public schools. It's only a matter of time... :-D
