UK astronomers have tended to ignore the potential of the Internet for
delivering astronomical talks.

Lets show the world that we have embraced the new techology!

Having "attended" a couple of the spectroscopy seminars, I can confirm that
it works, though there were some objections from family members when I
invited the laptop and sundry virtual astronomers to the Sunday dinner
table!
