First off I am really happy to have found this group. I live in Brooklyn NY.
I am 22 years old and use a wheelchair.

as a kid with my uncle using a really cheep kids telescope I have seen
Jupiter, Saturn & mars, but only as white dots, Saturn a white dot with a
line through it.

even though the images were crude it was the most incredible thing I have
ever seen.

I want to get a better telescope now and I want to get one with a computer
connection to make it easier for me.

can anyone please give me some recommendations for telescopes. I want to see
mars, Jupiter and Saturn, and if possible Venus, mercury, uranses and
Neptune. (PLUTO TO but I don't think that is possible)

Hi,

You best option is probably lies in buying a Meade ETX-90 or, if you
can afford the higher cost, a Meade ETX-125. The optical quality is
pretty good and they will show plenty of planetary details (the larger
the scope the better) and they all have automated pointing and tracking
which sould be of help if you're in a wheelchair. They are also compact
and easy to set-up.
