Default APOD 20/01 strange object

http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/ima...rion_hst_f.jpg

Can someone here please explain to me what the object in this picture
is? It appears to be solid.
Using the large new star in bottom left as a guide, follow a line to the
top. Just near the top and right, just above the orange wisp is the
object. Using full jpg size (2403x1682) it becomes quite clear.

Comments anyone?

Ta.
