Having read the thread below, I can perhaps offer some suggestions. My
AM account was temporarily suspended becase Herb changed his policy of allowing netzero.net accounts. Despite the fact I pay $9.95/mo for internet access thru netzero, it is now considered to be a risky 'free' site. I sent Herb a message pointing this out that went unanswered. My only solution was to provide another non-risky e-mail to him (my work e-mail) and he reinstated me promptly. I think these risky e-mail addresses can be used if the user pays a nominal fee for access, so even this can be worked around for the right price. Herb provides a valuable resource to the amateur community. I use it sporatically,so I do not place enough ads (in my opinion) to justify me paying for support, but there are quite a few folks who do. |
