Just like our resident warlord(GW Bush). Imagine that, if push comes
down to shove, and perhaps because I'm not quite smart enough, I'll
simply claim the other guy had some of those stealth WMD, as that way I
could legally create massive collateral damage as well as exterminate
tens of thousands otherwise perfectly innocent folks, and without a
stitch of remorse because, I'm a born again LLPOF sort of guy.
