I've just booked my flight to Istanbul then on to Antalya
for the eclipse on 29 March 2006. This is my first total solar eclipse, and I'm looking forward to it! Other than the obvious, like not getting so caught up in equipment that I miss the actual event, any words of wisdom from the more seasoned eclipse watchers around here? My observing equipment plans are a pair of binoculars, and a camera on a tripod with a longish lens. I'll leave the telescopes and stuff for another time.
