Default M31 Image

Recent weather almost stops play. Had another go at processing M31
(apologies to Mr Geake). 74 x 30s exposures 300mm focal length @ F/5.6 with
Canon 350D, ISO1600.

This one used minor colour adjustment (350D has a blue bias), DDP, Noise
removal, background smoothing, wavelet and high pass selective sharpening on
the dark lanes with PSP.

I'll try this again at ISO800 sometime and try dark frame subtraction as the
image is still a little noisy - If the camera comes back from repairs..
Tearing the IR filter out met with disaster :-((
