Default Tile damage assesment, nose wheel door

Does anyone have a link to the tile damage assessment on the nose wheel
door, or point me at the conclusions NASA have made about this damage?

Thanks.

No, but it was within reach yesterday, and commented on, but presumably
nobody was worried about it. It was estimated as 3 inches wide spanning the
interface between two tiles, but barely any depth at all, ie, just the shiny
blak coating had come off for some reason.

Its not like that there is some gaping hole there. I can recall lots of
words in the past about this sort of minor problem being within design
parameters.
