Space shuttle theme colors?

Hi,


A question for you all...
I'm trying to think identifying theme colors for the space shuttles.
What color would you consider to be the best theme color for each of
the orbiters and why?

Enterprise - color: ?
Columbia - color: ?
Challenger - color: ?
Atlantis - color: ?
Discovery - color: ?
Endeavour - color: ?

Choose a SINGLE color (like blue, red, dark brown, light green, etc.)
for each of the orbiters and tell in few words why you think that color
is fitting for that orbiter.

And no multi-coloring or anything like that, and same color can be used
only once (I suppose we could count light and dark shades of the same
basic color as different colors, as long as the difference is so
obvious that it can be seen).

And let's not count black, because that would be too obvious choice for
Columbia & Challenger. All the other colors are OK.

Does that mean that the question is too hard, or nobody really don't
care? :-)


Anyways, I have decided that Enterprise color will be white, because
that can symbolize beginning, birth and stuff like that.

But I haven't really found any good color/logic for the other shuttles.
The other colors are for the time being randomly picked, but I really
would like to find some symbolic connection.
So any and all help is still very much appreciated.
