Default gravitomagnetic potential

Is gravitomagnetic vector potential
A
always in the direction of mass current
j=rho v
which generates it?

Or, if
F=j x curl A
is gravitational Lorentz force where is it directed?
Gravity is always attractive, is it?

Thanks.
B.
