Yes, because every planet in our solar system has at least 1 moon.
That proves that moonless planets are the exception and I think this is either a case of moon-theft or a runaway moon. So I think that Mercury once was the moon of Venus, a planet which once was like Earth. In a big interplanetar war between the Martians and the Venusians, the Martians probably stole Mercury from Venus, causing the destruction of the Venus atmosphere. At the same time, Venusians nuked Mars, so Mars is pretty dead, too. |
