Default Mosquitoes and Observatories

Has anyone come up with a design to mosquito proof a small observatory?

Yes I know that one can use repellent but much of what is out there is
not very friendly to the equipment we use. Even with repellent, they
still will swarm in clouds inches from you.

Any suggestions, ideas or most of all, proven designs that WORK.

Thanks

TMT
