Default Holy ****!

Holy ****!

Ames Tribune - June 1, 2005
Ref: http://www.amestrib.com/site/news.cf... AG=461&rfi=9

The work of an Iowa State University assistant professor has
made its way into the Smithsonian Institute. Holy ****! This
is a creationist book, attempting, among other things, to knock
of the Copernican Principle.

The Copernican Principle is a basic statement in physics that
there should be no "special" observers. The term originated in
the paradigm shift from the Aristotelian model of the heavens,
which placed Earth at the center of the Solar system because it
appears that everything revolved around Earth. The Copernican
Principle is one of the most successful scientific hypotheses in
the history of science.
