Default Delta IV Manned Launches from Florida Space Launch Complex 37

Assuming for a moment that the proposed CEV will launch on the Delta 4
Heavy, I'm wondering what changes would have to made, if any to the
Boeing Complex 37 in Florida. Would the Astronauts enter and exit the
CEV through the Mobile Service Tower (MST)? Or, would some modification
be made to the Fixed Umbilical Tower?
