Default Robofocus Help

Good Day,

I've been using Robofocus succesfully for months now since I've
purchased the unit. However; I have just upgraded my computer in my
observatory and completely reinstalled the software on my P4 system
running Windows XP. I'm now getting the following error messages:

1) Error 340-Control Array Element "0" does not exist.
2) Error in module 1 - check firmware - control array element "0" does
not exist.

I suspected the message were there when I first powered up the system
because the focuser was not trained yet. However, I've ran the
configuration/train procedure twice last night and I'm still getting
the errors. Today, I completely removed Robofocus from my system and
reinstalled the software. Unfortuately, after training the software
again with my LX200, I'm getting the same message. I have ran the
procedure successfully before with no problems. It almost appears the
information regarding my focuser (in/out) data is not being recorded.

Anyone who has any advice I would really appreciate hearing from you.

Thank You,
Russ Henrikson

Russ:

Were you able to get this resolved? I just recently purchased the robofocus and am getting the same error. I am connected via a USB adapter to a Windows Vista laptop. Any information is appreciated.

Regards,

Chuck Wieland
