I got this book last night. There was only one copy that I could find and
it was in the Astronomy/Physics section. Not with the new books or
biographies, sigh.

The book is riveting so far. I have read a lot of Apollo astronaut
stories, but only "For Spacious Skies" by Scott Carpenter and his daughter
is more detailed in the telling of one astronaut's life. It will make you
hurt for those astronauts' families. Bravery is an understatement in
describing Evelyn Husband.

Not unusual for 'special interest' biographies to be filed in their
related fields. (Not that this book should not be given higher
visibility, just pointing out the practice.)
