Advance on Troll "Killfiling"

Hey, folks.
Someone sent me a copy of CT's post from a couple of hours ago (NO, it
was not CT who sent it, for those of you with suspicious minds.) It
truly amazes me that, in spite of the flack some of you dish out
toward CT, myself, and others, there are those few individuals in life
who are able to rise above it and see life for what it is. Especially
knowing a little bit of CT's background now, I am incredulous he has
such a level view of life and people.
And he's right; you do NOT know who he is, and at the rate you're
going you're never likely to find out. That would be your LOSS, even
if you're too blind to realize it. Posts like the one by Mosley that
provoked CT's reply are the reason you are all still clamoring to find
out CT's story four years later. I guarantee even Hedrick, as dense
as he is, would be red-faced if he knew this person's background and
just how incredibly STUPID his accusations toward CT have been.
Perhaps some of you would benefit from the lesson I learned from
meeting Jim Lovell that night: You NEVER know who you might be
talking to; it is a wise person who bears that in mind before opening
his or her mouth. (Trust me, there were a few things I said that
night I would NEVER have uttered had I known with whom I was speaking
at the time...but that is ANOTHER story.) It was nothing terrible,
just things in retrospect I had to laugh and wonder what he was
thinking when I said certain things; but he was quite kind, and
gracious, and I'm certain he never thought anything bad about me OR
anything I said. He's a great listener, and undoubtedly a superb
teacher. Jim Lovell taught me several things that night without EVER
making it obvious who he was or that he was teaching me anything!
That's why this business with CT is so funny to me. I'm watching the
same scenario play out over the Internet--only this time, with people
who are going out of their way to be malicious without ever taking
into account who their audience might be. I wasn't being malicious;
just not perceptive enough of my audience. Try to take a lesson,
Mosley and Hedrick. It might pay off for you later in life. :-)
