Requiem Mass

....for infinite space...
Who would mourn those with none to mourn them?
Does grief sound in the forest, if no one hears?
Suppressed grief suffocates,
Rages within the breast, is forced to multiply its strength.*
And a transfiguring music unfolds...echoing through mirrory reaches,
The Infinitude,
Ascending scales ever higher,
As the Soul rises,
Step by step,
Through the lattice of space, registering herself
For the next performance.
