Closer ties between ESA and Russia

Today in Moscow, ESA Director General, Jean-Jacques Dordain and the Head of
the Russian Federal Space Agency, Anatoly Perminov signed an agreement for
long-term cooperation and partnership in the development, implementation and
use of launchers.
