Default Meade DSI as an autoguider?

What do you think?

Will the Meade DSI make an acceptable autoguider camera?

GP mount with the Celestron AS-GT GoTo system
102ED F9 refractor w/F6.3 Reducer
DSLR
Short Tube 80 (piggy backed)

Thanks,
Stephen
